TOASTCUE SUPPORT

Let’s get you back on cue.

Email support@toastcue.site. Include the app version and a short description of what happened. Never send a password, full purchase receipt or private wedding story by email.

Restore a purchase

Open ToastCue → You → Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Manage the Weekly Pass

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ToastCue. Billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.

Delete your account

Open ToastCue → You → Delete Account. This removes your documents and personal account fields from our active systems. Deleting the app alone does not cancel an Apple subscription.
