Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of ToastCue, a service operated by FAST AI LABS LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
The service
ToastCue helps you draft, revise, practice and export a wedding speech from information you provide. AI-generated text can be incomplete or inappropriate for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding whether to deliver or share any output.
Your content
You retain your rights in the stories and other material you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and return that material while providing the service. You may use the generated output for personal or commercial speaking purposes, subject to law and third-party rights.
Purchases, allowances and subscriptions
The one-time unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase linked to your Apple Account. It unlocks one speech plus revisions, practice and export. An active Weekly Pass permits additional speeches, subject to fair-use controls of up to 10 new speeches and 30 revisions per account per hour. The Weekly Pass renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and use Restore Purchases inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use ToastCue to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or threaten others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated sentence will be accurate or suitable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms and will post the revised date here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
